Confident with his capability and skills, Zainal made another stride and bold move to work overseas in Etisalat Afghanistan. Managed to deliver what is expected of him, Billing System, ERP, Data Warehouse, Revenue Assurance and Office Automation System. He then moved to Bemobile Limited PNG repeating the same accomplishment as mentioned above.
Zainal is a strong believer in training. He attended numerous training courses conducted by his company and seminars and workshop conducted locally and overseas to keep abreast with the latest technology advancement, IT Governance, Quality and Standards. Among others, he attended Stephen R Covey Seven Habits, Motorola Six Sigma Quality training, ISO 9000 certification training, Project Management Fundamental, Foundation training on ITIL and COBIT. He passed his MBA in Strategic Management at the age of 47.
